About Us

We are a married couple based in Calgary, AB and are parents of two amazing young children! 

Nav is a licensed speech-language pathologist, turned university instructor and mindset coach. She has taught child development, among other courses, and loves facilitating meaningful interactions between people. She has Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta and has additional training in personal development, adult development, facilitation, life coaching, communication and leadership. She's served on the founding board for Speech Language Pathologist Advocacy in Alberta and is now pursuing her passion in public speaking and bringing focus back to what it means to be human. Dal is a successful husband and father who is passionate about self-inquiry and growth. He is supporting his wife on this journey and offers a refreshing perspective by merging western and eastern psychology and philosophy from the lens of truth. He has a computer science, business and management background and works at a fortune 500 company with over a decade of experience. When he isn't focused on our most important endeavour, our children, he spends his spare time delving deeper into understanding the mind and behaviour.
